Indeed, user and family partnership is an integral part of the Plan strat\u00e9gique 2015\u20102020 du MSSS, and has been materialized as a result of the Cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de l\u2019approche de partenariat entre les usagers, leurs proches et les acteurs en sant\u00e9 et en services sociaux. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In this context, the CEPPP is collaborating with the R\u00e9gie de l\u2019assurance maladie du Qu\u00e9bec (RAMQ) since 2017 in order to increase the number of projects that include user and family perspectives.
