Camille Fauteux holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in strategy from HEC Montréal. Working in the financial sector for nearly ten years, Camille has collaborated on various large-scale projects in the areas of transformation, strategic planning and business development as both an advisor and team leader. within a large consulting firm. Camille has also obtained accreditations in performance improvement (Lean Six Sigma) and in project management (PMP) in order to perfect her skills throughout her professional career.
Having already experienced various health issues at a younger age, Camille has faced crippling chronic pain in recent years after developing Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and living with three chronic conditions on a daily basis. In 2019, she decided to get involved in the field of pain in order to help change the environment. Camille has since contributed to various committees and research projects. She also leads monthly support groups through the Quebec Chronic Pain Association (AQDC).
Camille finally joined the CEPPP team as project leader and patient coordinator in the fall of 2020. She is currently working with the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada (AFMC) on the co-development of an academic curriculum. for the postdoctoral level and continuing professional development.
