Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux
The CEPPP is working with the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) in the context of a provincial call for projects to support the implementation, the evaluation, and the dissemination of results of 21 projects on user and family partnership. All of the projects are implemented across the public health and social services network in Quebec.
Partnership between users, their families, and actors of health and social services is part of a significant province-wide movement currently unfolding within the Quebec healthcare system. This movement is now integrated in the Plan stratégique 2015‐2020 du MSSS which takes effect through the Cadre de référence de l’approche de partenariat entre les usagers, leurs proches et les acteurs en santé et en services sociaux.
One of the main objectives of the CEPPP’s mandate is to foster mutual learning between the teams involved in the 21 projects:
- By mapping the projects;
- By supporting the evaluation, by synthesizing all the evaluation strategies planned by the different organisations and institutions and formulating broad findings with respect to evaluation;
- By organizing an event which will allow all teams to exchange their experiences following the implementation and evaluation of their project.
With this mandate, the CEPPP aims to contribute to the successful implementation of these projects across Quebec and, in doing so, to contribute to the sustainability of user and family partnership in the Quebec health system.
