In collaboration with the Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux du Centre-Sud-de-l’île-de-Montréal (CCSMTL), Université de Montréal, through the Department of Family Medicine, is responsible for developing and implementing the Unités de formation clinique interprofessionnelles universitaires (UFCI-U).
In this context, the CEPPP is collaborating with the Department of Family Medicine of Université de Montréal and the CCSMTL to support the implementation of patient partnership in each of the UFCI-U in the targeted CISSS and CIUSSS.
More specifically, the CEPPP is providing methodological support for the following:
- Developing a continual improvement process for the quality of training, care, and services in partnership with users and their families, as well as health professionals and managers involved in the UFCI-U;
- Testing the continual improvement process in a CHSLD-based UFCI-U;
- Providing a report of the initiative, the detailing the steps that were taken as well as the specific steps that still need to be taken and the tools that need to be developed; providing the results and recommendations for the pilot project.
