Parole-Onco

The CEPPP is currently collaborating with the Chaire en évaluation des technologies et des modalités de pointe du CHUM sur l’engagement des citoyens et des patients dans la transformation des organisations et du système de santé, for one of its research projects, Parole-Onco. For this project, the CEPPP is co-developing a hybrid training program (online and in-presence) for patient navigators.

Parole-Onco is a research project that focuses on evaluating patient navigator interventions in oncology. This project will enable the creation of standardised training for patient navigators which will improve their competencies, their integration in different contexts, and the impact of their interventions. More broadly, this training tool will be adaptable to different clinical contexts.
